As always, Welcome to the show! Today we are bringing in another guest! But, first! Huge shout out to everyone who has been liking, following, subscribing, and generally supporting the show! As you might imagine since I announced the new company that Jesse & I are putting together, it's been NUTS! That's a great thing! As we progress in the podcast you will hear more details, and you will see live projects that we have done. But today is not that day. Today we are hitting yet another critical topic that people need to hear, and understand. Today is Freelancing day!
Let's take a moment to introduce my partner in crime, the guy who I trust to hack out code, and someone who you should be looking at as time progresses to help innovate, and revolutionize the industry.
Jesse is another Lambda School classmate of mine, one who is actually finishing up within the next month. But he has already moved on and has created projects for a number of people ranging from an election website for a potential school board member, he has worked with me on our next-gen CRM project, and has been involved in an application called Simplee that was a communication platform.
If you are interested feel free to hop on my medium blog and find his name I did a whole profile on him, and for good reason, Jesse is a driven, and skilled developer that comes from similar origins as myself evolving from a salesperson or sales manager into a software engineer.
Freelance web developers are self-employed professional coders who create websites for several clients and get paid for each project. Because they don’t work for an employer, they get to set their own price, choose which client to work with, and work on as many projects as they want.
